Brand Awareness

Brand awareness refers to the customer's ability to recognise the brand under different conditions and link the associations of the brand to the brand name or logo. It helps the consumer to understand to which product or service category the particular brand belongs to as well as the services that are sold under that name. Brand awareness is critical as customers will not buy into your product if they are not aware of it.

'Brand love' is a term used to describe the perceived value of the brand image and all its associations.
